Looking for some stitching pics???

Will you settle for a picture of our cat ... curled up in an empty Clementine box?

Yeah, well ... started Blackbird Designs, Moon Garden ... on 28-ct 18th Century Rook linen from R&R. Spilled a cup of tea on it [uh-oh]. Rinsed the linen. uh-oh, uh-oh. Ruined the linen. For sure. It could have been worse. I didn't have much stitching on the linen ... yes, have another piece of linen on the way from House of Stitches. This sampler has some awesome GAST fibers. Will start it again ... soon. sigh.

I see per public library, it is my turn to read the Thirteenth Tale. Yippie Skippie. Maybe I can pick it up on Monday morning : )

Sorry to hear about your linen. Is it color ruined? Or did rinsing it make it a unique color for another project? I hope your new section of linen comes to you fast.

Loved the picture of kitty...

Hugs!

Whoops....that's terrible, but I always "try" to look at the positive side and just like you said...you could have had more stitching done :)
{{hugs}} for that small disaster :)

What a shame about the linen. Hope your new fabric arrives soon!

Sorry to hear your linen had a mishap. However, as Myrna said, any chance the new "color" would work with a different project in the future? It would be a shame to have it totally wasted.

Kitty looks very comfortable, fun picture. I'm hoping to get some more cute pictures of my furbabies now that I have a camera. Let me know how you like Thirteenth tale. I saw the write up on this one and thought it sounded interesting.

Cute pic - your kitty doesn't seem to mind having her head next to onions, that is good! Oh my, sorry about your linen mishap! Hope it wasn't too pricey a piece of fabric! Gulp!

Very cute. Now to me that does not look comfortable but, what I think is comfortable and a cat thinks is comfortable are usually 2 different things. :)

You are not the first I've heard of to have such an experience with R&R linen. Sorry you lost the piece and some stitching.

Your kitty is so cute!!!

Oh, I'm sorry about that spilled cup of tea. This could definitely happen to me too...
Your cat is adorable!
I don't comment much at the moment, but I wanted to say how much pleasure I have looking at your sampler take shape. You are really tempting me with this design...
Take care, Lelia!

Major bummer re: the linen. I hate when that sort of thing happens! Your kitty is the cutest.
