Tea Cup Pulled Thread Sampler

I attended my first Indiana State Day in Sept 1998. It was a NANI program. This was the project. While I went on a hunt for my LHN missing piece, I found it. I fixed the teacup at the top -- and think I did ok for my first pulled thread piece.
This sampler uses Trebizond silk [mauve colour] and #10 DMC Cebelia [white cotton] on 19-count cork linen.

"she thinks she did okay.." Understatement of the year - this is a gorgeous sampler - doesn't look like there are any mistakes there!

Did you enjoy the pulled thread work, Lelia?! You certainly did a fabulous job! :) I just adore stitching pulled thread designs, but have to watch myself that I don't pull too hard!
