Lavinia, the purple edge was a good suggestion.
Sometime, I am just too close - knew it needed "something" .
(edge in DMC #5 Coton Perle, color 552)
I may add edges to a couple other buttons -- it does make the colors nicer looking.
It does give it a nice finished look. You are quite the button artist. I enjoy seeing all your creative buttons.
