DH & Nicholas are building a cat shelter. During the Summer, somebody dropped off a pregnant female who delivered four kittens. We have not been able to get near them; however, DH feeds them twice a day. Since Fall is in the air, DH & DS are building a cat house for the Winter months. They have insulation, roof shingles, etc. I wonder if the cats will even enter! Time will tell. If it is cold enough, they should enjoy the shelter.
Nikki is so cute. :) I think the cats will gravitate to a warm, cozy place. So, if it's not your shelter, perhaps it's someone else's garage or something? Either way, I think you're doing a wonderful thing for them!
ReplyDeleteThat is so nice of you. I have two cats that were strays, and I always feel bad for the poor kitties stuck outside. I wish I could take in more, but my two are already a handful!

ReplyDeleteI think a house like this that top comes off easily for the litter box would be great...it would keep the dog from sticking her nose into it.
