With the ice storm, there were slippery areas

in some places on the route.   Speed walking and run.

 

February's 5K

I think this is my favourite tee shirt from the 5Ks.

Chilly morning run, started outdoors and finish line inside.

Middle son walked the 5K.   Still in

recovery mode from his knee procedure.
