Last week, DH & I were in Cincinnati.

The butterflies were in the outdoor garden.

 

Cincinnati Art Museum visit ...

Last week,

DH + I visited Cincinnati for the Picasso Landscapes exhibit.

The exhibit was great.   Had nice pieces on display, wonderful movie, space was perfect for the paintings.   

Delicious lunch in the cafe.

In addition to Picasso ... we visited the galleries:

 

Race

Homecoming Hustle 5K.

This time, both DH & I were 3rd in our age group.

Heavy dew on the grass - soaked shoes / socks.

 

Buttons 1-8: Framework / corners / basic structure

 First bunch of buttons - corner anchors/framework.   And, I've learned SO MUCH already.    My button collection grown larger : )

I found some fiber in my stash (see in the corner?) and wonder if it can be used for thread wrapped buttons.  Not sure of the coverage ....

I purchased this hand dyed fiber from a vendor.

It reminds me of brown twine.   Hard on the hands.

Liked the colors & give it a try on button mould.
