My needle

I was asked where my needle has been.
I've been giving needle lace, OYA, and Teneriffe a try.  (Plus, a Hardanger refresher).
I usually post lace making on the other blog.
will see how it goes!

Sessions thru Virtual Education,
The Lace Museum.

 And Teneriffe.

Thread Wrapped Button: Teneriffe

Thread Wrapped Button / Week Four, Third Button

Teneriffe Button

Pattern/Instruction by Karen Smock.
Zoom Class thru The Lace Museum virtual education.

The fiber was with our kit.   Says Crochet Cotton #10.
It works like a Lizbeth fiber (IMO).

We used a button mould, padding (polyfil), and fabric.
Teneriffe was created on a template.
then sewn to the button.
