Hiking at the Dunes ....
Beautiful day at the Beach. It was 28-30 degrees, sunny, breezy. Indiana Dunes State Park. (Chicago skyline).
Still some ice on the pond(s) - Trail 2. I saw a beaver near the boardwalk (Trail 2). Also, a couple of woodpeckers.
Today, I picked up seven pieces of beach glass.
The last time I went to the lake, I found 17 pieces of beach glass, and a piece of ceramic tile!

When I was a teen I spent a day at those dunes. I was an exchange student in Hobart Indiana at the time. It reminded me of the sand beached on the Michigan side of Lake Michigan. Here on the Lake Huron side it is more rocky. Lovely pieces of glass. Janice
