My 2008 Book List seems lengthy. I'm looking forward to starting out 2009 with a new list! I do have quite a stack set aside for pleasure reading.
My blog for knitting, sewing, buttons, reading, needlework; frequent visits to local exhibits, gatherings with friends + creative events.

Oh you're not a softy...what a pretty baby at the back door! I would do the same thing. :-)
Such a sweet picture of them watching each other. She doesn't look like a stray, but I would feed her just the same.
I didn't know there was a sequel to FNKC, thanks for that :)
Hi Lelia,
Oh what a handsome fella (gal?)
this is. I love black cats!
They are such sleek and handsome
creatures. Amazingly I've heard
many times from those in the
know that black cats are hard to
get adopted. I guess because
people are superstitious. So sad.
My Phoebe doesn't like stray cats
on HER property and the only time
we had one at the back door she
attacked the door, running at it
face first. And she's suppose to
be our shy one!
Your Honey Bunny is a beautiful
cat too. A silver tabby?? She
looks adorable asleep on your
ironing board.
We're enjoying freezing rain here
at the moment, but the big storm
warning has been canceled for our
area. Hurray!! Hope that the
freezing rain doesn't stick around
though. I'd rather have the snow.
Cheers!
Our visitor is now a permanent resident, Leila..... I enjoy your booklists as well as your lovely stitching! Honey Bunny looks a lot like our Mocha, too far away though to be a relative!
What an adorable visitor!
A beautiful visitor......seems since we've adopted Chatty, I see more and more cats running loose. Makes me worry...a lot, about them...
