At Homewood Guild we made these jars as table favors for our Monica Ferris lecture/lunch last spring. They were great! We used a Brillo-type pad as padding for the pincushion to keep needles sharp. We filled them with a Mary Engelbreit needlebook, some spools of thread, buttons strung on a thread and dangled from the top. We added a curly ribbon bow to make it festive. Marjorie
