Thx to the on-line stitching friends who sent e-mails after seeing our region on the tv news. Yes, Northwest Indiana is recovering from all the rain over the week-end. We are doing ok. We had 11" of rain Sat-Sun. Lots of roads are closed & school cancelled today. Our home is fine - our drive had some water damage. Looking foward to sunshine in the next few days.
I'm also hoping to spot a new Gingher Designer Scissor called Roberta. I've seen a picture; however, haven't been to the fabric store to see if they have arrived.

Lelia, Your marking sampler is shaping up nicely. Sorry to hear about your rain troubles.
Ah, House of Stitches. Just the thought of going there can make my day! Enjoy the new JCS ornament issue!
Great progress with your stitching.
Can't wait to see the new JCS Ornament magazine.
ELEVEN inches of rain?! Good grief! Take care.
Wow, that's a lot of rain! Glad to hear that you didn't suffer too much damage.
Your sampler is looking gorgeous, I love the colours. Thanks for mentioning about the JCS ornament issue - I preordered, so hopefully mine will be on the way soon :)
The sampler is really taking shape now, well done.
Glad to hear you are doing well even with all that rain. Let's hope you don't grow webbed feet LOL.
Sampler is looking beautiful. I think that is one of my favorites.
The new ornament issue is out YIPPEE I will have to start hunting for it asap.
Glad your home is OK after all the rain - had plenty of that stuff here this year too but at least it was spread out over weeks. :0( Lovely new WIP. :0)
